Derik Lee is 5 time Grammy Award-winning recording engineer, mixer and music producer based in New York.

He brings his passion and enthusiasm to all of the projects he’s been fortunate enough to be a part of.  Some of the more notable projects are recording the Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen original broadway cast albums and the songs for The Greatest Showman film. He’s recorded and  mixed Apple TV’s Spirited, The Goldfinch score, and most recently the songs for Hulu’s Only Murders In The Building. Derik’s other score mixing credits also include Films Vivo, In The Heights, Old, as well as the scores for TV shows, The Crowded Room, Servant, and Alaska Daily, as well as the reboot of the video game Dead Space. 

In 2023, he and his long time friend and collaborator  Ian Kagey, founded Renaissance Recording.
